Standard stone machinery can produce edge chipping or broken corners on sintered stone when the machine structure, blade path and operating settings are not matched to the material.

Can the 3200-C cut every thickness of sintered stone?

Thickness should be confirmed with the material brand, slab specification and required finish. Yongtao can run the supplied material or an equivalent sample and state the applicable process in the quotation.

How do we judge “no chipping” during a test?

Agree the inspection method before testing: viewing distance, acceptable edge condition, corner integrity and whether the edge will receive a later polishing or mitre process.

What information is needed for an accurate price?

Send material, maximum slab size, thickness range, cutting drawings, target output, destination voltage and any handling or layout constraints.

Is installation and training included?

Remote guidance and operator materials can be included; on-site commissioning depends on the destination and order scope. The commercial offer should clearly identify what is included.
